Brief
In 2013, AMP embarked on a journey of workplace transformation, celebrating the company’s values of collaboration, unity and celebration. The program introduced a more collaborative style of working through ‘neighbourhoods’ on each floor. It was our job to integrate the AMP brand throughout the built environment to create a well-informed and connected workforce. AMP was founded in 1949 and is located within Australia’s first skyscraper at 33 Alfred Street.
Solution
To celebrate all the people who have brought AMP’s vision to life for over 160 years, we created graphics using historic imagery and portraits, commemorating the stories of past staff members. Our wayfinding strategy centres around AMP’s neighbourhoods, with digital screens facilitating internal communications and aiding navigation. Subtle visual cues and brand accents are embedded into the environment, giving AMP a consistent brand voice across the organisation.
