This week a few of the BrandCulture team members added another string to their creative bow!
PAM Wayfinding, an all-in-one sign management application, which handles audit, planning, design, implementation and maintenance of physical and digital signs (to read more click here) visited the BC studio to help certify our eager designers. The training consisted of an initial meet and greet where thePAM team gave us an overview of the system and outlined the training modules, desired outcomes and assessments. Our designers were more than happy to accept the challenge, and relish in some ‘healthy’ internal competition!
Over the next two sessions, completed online, the BC andPAM teams collaborated to help create a mini smart campus. We uploaded floor plans, plotted signs, added content to static and dynamic assets, uploaded related imagery, wove our way through a rigorous approval process and got to understand a project from multiple stakeholder perspectives i.e the designer, the client, the faculty managers and the installers.
BrandCulture works on a lot of significant wayfinding projects, which are influencing how people find their way around complex urban environments.PAM is a powerful tool that will help us streamline future wayfinding projects and we couldn’t be happier that we’re learning the ways of the force. We strongly advise any agency among the galaxy that work in large-scale signage/wayfinding projects to get involved!
And for the record Julian came out on top, as always.
