New Project: Wayfinding designs for Western Sydney University

We are currently collaborating with Trio Property Group on an exciting wayfinding project as part of Western Sydney University’s ongoing redevelopment.

We’re delighted to be working with Trio Property Group on new wayfinding designs at Western Sydney University’s (WSU) Innovation Quarter in Westmead – a place where researchers, industry partners and clinicians will come together to address the nation’s most pressing health challenges.

Trio has managed the planning, selection of development partners, project delivery and sales/leasing phases of multiple projects for WSU including the Innovation Quarter, a $350 million health research and commercial precinct.

The Innovation Quarter is part of WSU’s ongoing strategic goal of being a university of international standing and outlook, while helping to transform the greater Westmead precinct into one of Australia’s most important health, medical and innovation districts. Trio is also overseeing the ongoing WSU Westmead Campus Redevelopment, which will transform its four-hectare Westmead campus into a vibrant research, business, retail and residential hub.

The future of Western Sydney

Over the next 20 years, Western Sydney’s population is expected to grow by another million, contributing to more than half of Sydney’s overall expected population growth. There are so many exciting developments underway, catering to this fast-growing population.

WSU’s redevelopment is part of the university’s ‘Western Growth’ strategy – an ambitious program of works that is reshaping not only the University’s campus network but influencing the wider Western Sydney region.

We’re currently involved in several projects in Western Sydney from West HQ to an exciting project with COX Architecture. We look forward to sharing more details about all of these projects later in the year!
