Operations Manager

Organised by nature, Leigh facilitates between practice management and our design team as Operations Manager. Since joining BrandCulture in 2010, her boundless energy has helped to shape an amazing team of minds and designers who support each other while producing top-level work for brands and businesses around the world.

Leigh’s role is an amorphous configuration that touches on operations, HR, finance, client management, marketing and everything in between. As a pivotal part of the leadership team, she oversees everything from traffic management to managing resources in collaboration with the studio team and our clients.

In life before BrandCulture, Leigh was a professional dancer in the UK and spent 10 years travelling the world doing something she absolutely loved before moving to Australia in 2002.
