Brief
No. 38 Albert Avenue is a luxurious mixed use development that combines seven residential levels, an eight-level hotel, ground-floor retail plus its very own medical precinct, Chatswood Private Hospital. The site needed a unique wayfinding strategy to bring its different uses together, as well as a distinctive brand identity that complements its architecture.
Solution
Designed by PTW Architects, No. 38 Albert Avenue is inspired by age-old Feng Shui principles, with an emphasis on luxury. We worked closely with Probuild and landscape architects Site Image to create a signage system and public art strategy that would compliment their own vision for No. 38 Albert Avenue’s landscapes.
