We know that the coronavirus epidemic is creating lots of unease, so we wanted to let you know that BrandCulture is taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our staff, clients and suppliers.
Our studio remains committed to meeting client deliverables, and has put processes in place to ensure everyone is set up to work from home.
We are also preparing for a range of scenarios so that we can continue to service our client contracts while minimising risk for our team and valued collaborators.
For now, we have made the following changes to our design and operational processes:
Face-to-face meetings
All scheduled meetings will now take place via Google Hangouts or as conference calls, wherever possible.
Remote working
We are equipping our team with everything they need to begin working remotely. Everyone on our team has remote server access while clients will have access to Mediabank, an online Digital Asset Management platform that aids communications between teams, and makes it easy to access project documentation from anywhere.
Reduced travel
We have put a hold on all travel until further notice.
Personal hygiene
We’re asking everyone in our studio to follow personal prevention steps: we are washing hands with soap and water and applying hand sanitiser frequently; keeping the workplace clean and hygienic; avoiding close contact with anyone who has cold or flu-like symptoms; and practising social distancing with no handshakes or physical contact.
These changes will not impact the delivery of our work in any way, but if you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. We’re ready to adapt as the situation changes in line with government advice, and will continue to update you on our processes and protocols in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, thank you for your understanding.
