The biggest change to Sydney’s bus network in a generation will occur on the 4th of October when bus services will be removed from George Street and redistributed around the city. To assist customers in finding their new stops BrandCulture was engaged by Transport for NSW to support their team in preparing a temporary wayfinding overlay to the city.
The two teams planned, designed, specified, prototyped, located, set-out and artworked almost 400 signs over a 4 week period. That’s an unbelievable 100 signs per week, or 20 per day. The distinctive pink temporary wayfinding signage is now spread out across the city and train stations, ready for the big change this Sunday.
